Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we may not offer you a refund or exchange. To initiate a return request, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 312-841-8840.
In most cases, we will cover the return shipping and we do not charge restocking fee.
